 Kind Attention Ph.D. Candidates who have cleared Ph.D. Entrance Test 2010(W) held on January 10 th, 2010.

All the Ph.D. Candidates who have cleared Ph.D. Entrance Test 2010(W) held on January 10 th, 2010 are hereby informed that they have to report at 11:00 AM on February 15 th, 2010 for appearing at the briefing session to be followed by interview and interaction for their research work. They are advised to come prepared for discussion regarding their areas of interest for selection of topic and allotment of Supervisor to each of them.

The Ph.D. Candidates are supposed to pay the following fees:

1. Application Form Fee of Rs. 1050/-
2. Processing Fee of Rs. 5000/-
3. I st installment of Ph.D. Course Fee of Rs. 30000/-

Those candidates who have already deposited Rs. 1050/- towards application form fee have to bring a D.D. of Rs. 35000/- in favour of Jodhpur National University payable at Jodhpur. They have to bring a photocopy of D.D. of Rs. 1050/- as a proof of having deposited this amount.

Those candidates who have already deposited Rs. 1050/- towards application form fee & Rs. 5000/- towards processing fee have to bring a D.D. of Rs. 30000/- in favour of Jodhpur National University payable at Jodhpur. They have to bring photocopies of D.D. of Rs. 1050/- + Rs. 5000/- or Photocopy of D.D. of Rs. 6050/- as a case may be towards the proof of having deposited this amount.

They are further advised to bring with them all of their original documents starting from class 10 th examination upto the last qualifying examination for ensuring their eligibility for pursuing Ph.D. Programme of the University by the Ph.D. Coordinator of each faculty. They should come prepared for staying at Jodhpur for the interview & interaction as mentioned above. They should also be prepared for outstation visits for collection of data and other relevant information if so desired by their Supervisors/Deans.

Those applicants who have submitted their application with requisite fee but could not appear at the Ph.D. Entrance Test 2010(W) held on January 10 th, 2010 will be allowed to appear in the next Entrance Test 2010(S) likely to be held on April 15 th, 2010. A Notification in this regard will be issued separately.

The candidates are advised to report at the University Reception Counter at their arrival on February 15 th, 2010.
